 At C & R Property Management, we understand that for your property investment to be providing positive returns, you need to have tenants, and good ones at that.

With years of experience and a captive pool of prospective tenants, we will market your property, through trademe, local newspapers and with high profile signage, where needed. If you’re not quite sure how much rent you can expect, we’ll work that out too, offering free market appraisals to establish the correct market rent for your property.

As we find prospective tenants, the C & R Property Management team will personally take these people to view the property and help them with the application process, checking references and credit history, as well as thoroughly screening them through the TINZ (Tenancy Information New Zealand) database. 

This way, we can ensure that you have the best possible new tenants and minimise the risk of any problems down the track.
