Your C & R Property Management team will take care of all the paperwork and day-to-day management of your property, so you can sit back and enjoy the returns.

Because we provide a complete property management service, our team takes care of everything, from collecting rent in advance, organising bond lodgements and transfers, to paying bills, like rates, for your property and evaluating the rental income annually to check it is in line with current market rentals.

As part of our complete record-keeping service, the team will provide monthly statements that accompany copies of any invoices paid during that month, as well as full financial statements at the end of each financial year.

If a tenancy turns sour, we’ll take care of that too, monitoring rent arrears on a daily basis and promptly issuing the appropriate notices, as necessary. In the case where debt recovery is needed, you can also leave this to us and we will organise evictions on your behalf too, as needed. Because we believe in being completely thorough, we will represent your interests in any dealings with the Tenancy Tribunal and provide advice or advocacy, as part of our service.

At C & R Property Management, we pride ourselves on organising all of the documentation relating to a tenancy, so you don’t have to worry about a thing. All funds are administered through an independent trust account.
