Caring for your property

We believe your properties are one of the most significant investments you’ll ever make, so we will safeguard and look after this investment as though it were our own.

While the property is tenanted, the C & R Property Management team will monitor the care of your property through regular, quarterly inspections, sending you a detailed report following each visit.

Further to this, our stringent and proactive maintenance plan sees us providing up to four FREE maintenance visits to your property each year, which allows us to assess any potential issues, and act on these before they become problems. This approach can save you significant bills and makes the tenants’ experience of your property more pleasant.

Should there need to be any repairs, or maintenance work done, we will co-ordinate the outsourcing of this to our trusted network of tradespeople and contractors, organising their payments following completion, and checking of the job.

At the end of a tenancy you won’t be left with a mess either. Not only will we ensure all the rents are paid, but we can supervise the final water readings and payments for this, as well as conducting a full final inspection of the property to allow for a timely release of the bond.
