Looking for a property

At C & R Property Management, we can help you find a place to call ‘home’, whether you’re looking for a short, or longer term rental.

We’ll listen to what you want in a property and help you find it, and then guide you through the application process. It’s a good idea to have some written references available if you want to speed up the process or have an edge over other applicants.

Next you’ll have to consider move in costs and make sure you have this money aside; it’s due before you move into a new property. The usual scenario is 1 week’s rent in advance; 1 week’s letting fee and 4 week’s bond, although in some special circumstances the owners may allow 3 weeks bond. We will be able to advise you on the specifics for any property you are interested in.
