Even after you’re settled in, we’re here to ensure that your tenancy goes smoothly and happily; on call to tackle any maintenance issues and offer advice as needed.

It’s our responsibility to monitor the care of the property that you are renting throughout your tenancy. As well as regular quarterly inspections, we will also do maintenance visits throughout the year, to assess any issues that might arise through wear and tear, or similar.

At either of these visits, you can mention maintenance tasks that you’ve noticed that need doing, or alert us to fixtures that are no longer working. The C & R Property Management team have a network of tradespeople that we can call on, and it’s our job to co-ordinate any repairs or maintenance, so that your stay at the property remains enjoyable.

Sometimes breakdowns don’t fall conveniently on an inspection time, so you can contact us any time with issues or queries. We even have a 24/7 emergency number, so you’ll never be left long without someone dealing to your needs.
