Once you’ve found the right place, we’ll help you to get in and settled, taking care of the Tenancy Agreement and helping you with all the right documentation. We can even get all your services connected in just one easy step, and this service is absolutely free.

There can be a lot to think about and get set up, but we will help you with the big stuff. The C & R Property Management team will help you to negotiate and fill in the Tenancy Agreement.

We’ll also make sure a full initial inspection of the property is done, with any wear and tear or damage already noted before your tenancy starts. You will receive a copy of this report to sign off with your agreement about the condition of the property, which helps to ensure you receive your bond back when you come to move out.

The C & R Property Management team will take care of lodging your bond and any other dealings you may need to have with the Tenancy Tribunal. We’re also well versed in tenants' rights, so can provide advice or advocacy, as needed.
