Property Manager - Ray Crombach 

Ray’s background is originally in Mechanical and Production Engineering having worked for Fletcher Construction for more than two decades. In 2003, Ray started his love affair with real estate, as a sales person working closely with property investors.

Having been involved in buying, selling, building, investing, managing, renovating and maintaining properties for more than 25 years, Ray has superior industry knowledge and remains a DIY sort of guy. He is committed to providing quality service to our landlords, making owning an investment property a satisfying and relaxed experience.

Property Manager – Catherine Crombach 

Catherine’s background is in Architecture, having worked for Fletcher Construction both overseas and in Auckland. Over the last 12 years Catherine has also been involved in investing, maintenance, renovating, and management of rental properties.

At C & R Property Management, Catherine’s main focus is providing their top-notch customer service to both landlords and tenants and ensuring that our property owners’ investments receive the commitment and dedication they deserve.
